Shishyopanayana Ceremony

The Shishyopanayana Sanskar of the BAMS students was solemnly and gracefully conducted at Maharana Pratap College of Ayurveda and Medical Sciences, Mandhana Campus, in accordance with the traditional Guru–Shishya Parampara and the rich heritage of Indian Ayurvedic culture.
On this auspicious occasion, all the prescribed rituals and traditional practices mentioned in the Shishyopanayana Sanskar were duly performed with devotion and dignity. The objective of the ceremony was to connect the students with the rich Guru–Shishya tradition of Ayurveda, its values, संस्कार (Sanskar), and the Indian knowledge tradition.
On this sacred occasion, all the BAMS students also took a solemn oath to serve the nation and society with dedication, integrity, and a sense of responsibility.
